ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Justice on Saturday gave a capture warrant for PTI Administrator Imran Khan, Geo News detailed.


The capture warrant was given by a justice of Islamabad's Margalla Police headquarters for the situation enrolled on August 20 against the PTI boss for giving dangers against Extra Locale and Meetings Judge Zeba Chaudhry.


The FIR incorporates four segments of the Pakistan Corrective Code (PPC), including 506 (discipline for criminal terrorizing), 504 (deliberate affront with goal to incite break of the harmony), 189 (danger of injury to community worker), and 188 (insubordination to arrange properly declared by local official).


The previous head of the state is having to deal with hatred penalties for his questionable comments about the female appointed authority during a meeting in Islamabad on August 20.


The court has given a capture warrant for Khan because of his non-appearance in court. The capture warrants were given hours after he submitted to the Islamabad High Court an oath in a disdain body of evidence against him, saying he had acknowledged he "could have crossed a line" in his analysis of Chaudhry and was ready to apologize to her "assuming she got an impression" that he had crossed a line.
